If someone applies for a copy of the license or the permission upon showing reason thereof that it has been lost or destroyed due to natural calamity, tearing out (scratch) due to being old or the renewal space filled up, the Ministry may issue a copy of such license or permission by charging Five Hundred rupees as a fee.
